Dear Usha , 
I hope   yesterdays  session   was  perceived in the  best  spirits. Second  there was one slide  missing   that  could  have said " No one Can be  a  Bosses Boss." That was not to  please u, it's the  truth. 

An  offline  thought  -  I  believe  as strongly  as  you  do - in the  school of  thought  that  says  Competence is Everything. It is ! 
Needless to say   that some  of  my  thoughts projected out  - were a  out burst  of  my  not  being   competent  enough  in the insurance  arena. But i  do have a premonition that   what  ever  i get  competent  at ever , it'll have  an insurance Flavour  with it. (more so because  i  am not a  CA ,i'm  an MCA). 

and  on  inovation - Friday  3.30 -4.30 Never  works. I  was  hoping   it's  more  spontaneous - " anytime Usha ". I  thought  you could feel it - Everybody Wants  a little more of  You for what ever  reasons(attention,knowledge,motivation,....... ) 

an idea for the  first   round of debate  could  be  - culturally , professionally  we  all  want  to be  global  , we want  TCS  at the top,we  want  to  win the world cup -but  have  we really learnt  how  to  respect  Captains and  Bosses.? 

Actually  the   first  day  i  met you - U  mentioned  the  word  "change" ,u  also said  we  are  not  "Mckinsey " .I have also heard you  talking about  thought leaders. So  I  thought  about it - I thought about it and realised  that  i  have  got  nothing from  TCS  But  i  have  still got  so  much  from  TCS.  So  You could  rest  assured - why u call  your team as the P&C Think Team - we  are  thinking , aren't  we ?. 

Disclaimer Statement  -  When   everything  is  not  strictly  Business , I could be  addictive . Ofcourse  getting  habituated  is not a  good  practice. 

Before  you  Classify me - as  gone  over board   . Excuse  if i have  slighted  anyone ,in the  whole  process.
