Dear mr Saurabh ,

         Just  a brief  introduction  about  myself - I am Sourav
         (Das,Sourav) from mysore India.I have been pursuing on my 
         interest,in computer applications, to find solutions to real
         world problems.I  must admit,that I have made a breakthrough of
         substantial scale ,that's likely to instigate change @ a global
         level.

With my  little experience that I  have had, I have begun to  understand
that modesty is not the right instrument to approach a venture startup
up.I could assure you that by quoting a seed capital of about a billion
dollars,I am still being modest in underscoring the [ impact ] this
venture might make. 

I am  really open to any form of  rational analysis,of my ideas.


I would like to clarify that approaching the a vc association has  not 
been  my  first  approach.my first  route  was 
suggesting a offshoot from the industry itself.Although I have not
received  a negative feed back yet,I have only inferred ,that the
Response and results in the direction  are slower than my initial
anticipation .

I am  sure that  my  approaching  a  vc assocition as a "late"
alternative ,has anything to  do  with underestimating the capabilities
or scale  of V C initiatives in India.

I am taking the liberty in  presuming that that startup formalities &
guidance come along packaged as a  startup  kit.

I strongly believe speed is an  essential credential in promoting the 
spirit of  venturing  out,and In my case essential
has only turned into an imperative,for the time that i have  already 
lost. 

I hope destiny  has earmarked similar  first names to us,to necessarily
facilitate the  first  sparks.
Looking  forward to a  swift if not a swifter response.
