Dear Gates

      I am  anticipating  that this  mail  manages to pass through
      Microsoft's  spam filters and pop's up into your email box,though
      I  am  still  unsure  of  it's chances of catching  your
      attention.
I  am  trying  my  best ,to use  syntax  that allign's  well with 
yours.

Just  a brief  introduction  about  myself - I am Sourav (Das,Sourav)
from India.I  have been pursuing on my interest, 
in computer applications, to find solutions to real world problems.I 
must modestly admit,that I have made some some kind of breakthrough
,that might instigate change @ a global level .

I  am not  sure  that  this  mail,might  be the  best space to describe
the enormity of impact(positive),
that might come along,to associated ecosystems like Microsoft.

The  "one world" scenario that I envisage through my venture,has a
significant need to engage with corporations like Microsoft at multiple
foci.

To give my  plans a bearing ,I  am on the lookout for  resources .It's 
best that I use  SOAP (simple  object  access protocol) to convey  that
.

I  am  looking for seed capital - on the order of a  billion dolars
(Keeping in mind the scale of the project,     establishment
costs,Incubation  Costs).The  particulars,terms & conditions for an
arrangement of this nature could be worked out at  your  convenience,if
the this plan  is escalated further at your  end.

Technology collaboration is ofcourse a "Need less to Mention",point of
engagement.
